Warranty Program
We guarantee fresh, premium-quality mangoes. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue at [your support email], and we’ll take care of the rest.
We deliver across Pakistan through Daewoo and TCS. International shipping is also available in selected countries.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Pakistan: 1–3 business days
International: 5–10 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
We offer a 7-day return policy for all mango orders. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on your situation. Returns are only accepted if the mangoes are unused, uncut, and in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you receive only the freshest and highest-quality mangoes.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes! We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy if your mangoes arrive damaged, spoiled, or are not as described. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. Returns are accepted only if the mangoes remain unopened and unused.
Step 1: Contact us via our support form or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Share your order number and photos of the issue.
Step 3: Our team will evaluate your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.
Note: Return shipping is free if the error is on our part.

Currently, we sell exclusively through our online store. However, we do offer international shipping to many countries via trusted courier partners.

Shipping & Recent Orders
We use Daewoo and TCS for fast and secure deliveries within Pakistan. For international orders, we ship via certified logistics partners with tracking provided.
Pakistan: 1–3 business days
International: 5–10 business days (depending on customs and location)
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an SMS or email with the tracking link. You can also log into your account to view your order status.
Return & Refund Policy for Mangoes
To be eligible for a return or refund, your mangoes must meet the following criteria:
The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or was not what you ordered
You must notify us within 10 hours of delivery
Include photos of the issue with your request
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we cannot accept returns of fruit that has been kept beyond 48 hours, eaten, or stored improperly.
